2. Project Management
Project management services carried out by ENsync Engineers are implemented within the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework which ensures that all the project management areas are clearly dealt with through the project implementation life cycle.
3. Development Management

4. Road Network Management Systems
ENsync Engineers has vast experience in carrying out visual assessments of road networks in urban and provincial environments. Coupled with these inspections PHB Engineers has the ability to provide interpretations of visual assessment data (and instrument measurement data IRI’s and FWD’s) and to provide comprehensive reports to client bodies on recommended maintenance and repair measures, as well a programming of these measures into the foreseeable future.

The field of urban engineering is diverse and ranges from township development to public infrastructure, buildings and facilities, and all associated physical infrastructure. ENsyncEngineers has a wide range of experience in providing professional engineering services across this diverse field, from upgrades of existing buildings to the design of multi-storey buildings.
Over the past 20 years ENsync Engineers has completed in excess of 500km of design and construction of township roads and associated stormwater infrastructure. Since 2008 ENsync Engineers have developed relevant standards for the installation of optic fibres (which have been approved by the various road authorities) and overseen the construction of thousands of kilometres of optic fibre network.

Our team are highly competent in evolving software and technology within the industry. Structural design software used includes Prokon, TEKLA Structural Designer and Midas. Drawings are produced using Autocad and Revit BIM software.
