ENsync has extensive experience in Project Management and Supervision of Construction Projects.

1. Programme Management
ENsync Engineers has carried out programme management projects for various government clients focussing on the overall co–ordination and management of high–level critical programme functions

2. Project Management
Project management services carried out by ENsync Engineers are implemented within the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework which ensures that all the project management areas are clearly dealt with through the project implementation life cycle.

3. Development Management
ENsync Engineers also provide Development Management services typically relating more specifically to Developments of a residential, commercial or industrial nature. This management service is focused on feasibility studies, land availability and security, zoning requirements and initial development approvals. Additional post development operational and maintenance aspects are also addressed. 

4. Construction Supervision and Quality Auditing
As part of our typical project life cycle, ENsync Engineers carry out construction supervision on works designed by ourselves. However for particular projects our role can be limited to construction supervision and/or quality auditing of the construction implementation of a project, which was designed by another professional or the contractor themselves.

ENsync Engineers has experience in providing a broad range of roads and related services with specific expertise in the following sectors:

1. Road Safety Audit
ENsync Engineers provide Traffic Impact Studies (TIA) services for Provincial and National roads, urban environments, and for new private and public developments to provide recommendations in terms of pedestrianisation, lane upgrading, intersection upgrades, and public transport facilities.

2. National and Provincial Road Designs
ENsync Engineers’ provide the design and development of new and upgrading of existing arterial roads. Services in this sector include, feasibility studies, preliminary design, and detail design.

3. Road Rehabilitation and Road Materials Engineering
ENsync Engineers’ rehabilitation expertise in terms of materials engineering and specialist Bitumen Rubber Asphalt Surfacing, provides effective solutions to the various road authorities we serve. Our site teams have extensive hands-on know how of specialist surfacing technologies and best-in-class site management systems.

4. Road Network Management Systems
ENsync Engineers has vast experience in carrying out visual assessments of road networks in urban and provincial environments. Coupled with these inspections PHB Engineers has the ability to provide interpretations of visual assessment data (and instrument measurement data IRI’s and FWD’s) and to provide comprehensive reports to client bodies on recommended maintenance and repair measures, as well a programming of these measures into the foreseeable future.

Our team of designers offer extensive experience in the following:

The field of urban engineering is diverse and ranges from township development to public infrastructure, buildings and facilities, and all associated physical infrastructure. ENsyncEngineers has a wide range of experience in providing professional engineering services across this diverse field, from upgrades of existing buildings to the design of multi-storey buildings.

Over the past 20 years ENsync Engineers has completed in excess of 500km of design and construction of township roads and associated stormwater infrastructure. We understandthe requirements of urban developments in order to ensure the safe development of communities, and in addition to ensure that the environment is protected and green spaces are developed with the roads and stormwater infrastructure.

While the technical aspect of township development should not be detracted from, one of the major focus points of such developments is community involvement and job creation. ENsync Engineers has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with job creation technologies and building community involvement in projects to ensure sustainable community development takes place in conjunction with infrastructure development.

ENsync Engineers has vast experience in the design and management of water and waste water infrastructure.

1. Water and Sanitation
Engineers carries out the design and implementation of pressurised water networks and “open channel” sewer networks for residential and industrial developments as and when required.

2. Bulk Supply, Water Purification and Waste Water Treatment
ENsync Engineers has the available resources to carry out Bulk Water Supply and Bulk Outfall Sewer designs and construction supervision. Water Purification and Waste Water Treatment Plants will similarly be designed in-house with expert assistance from independent consultants and structural engineers where relevant.

ENsync Engineers has been at the forefront of the development and construction of the new broadband optic fibre networks which have and are continuing to be installed throughout Southern Africa. Since 2008 ENsync Engineers have developed relevant standards for the installation of optic fibres (which have been approved by the various road authorities) and overseen the construction of thousands of kilometres of optic fibre network.

The standards and different types of optic fibre installation relate to:

• In-road (urban/metro) infrastructure,

• Off-road rural long haul infrastructure, and

• Access site infrastructure.

We provide a complete service in terms of telecommunications installations from the preliminary design, to wayleave approvals, to detail design, to construction supervision and final commissioning.

ENsync Engineers has in-house structural engineering capability to undertake structural projects including commercial, industrial and residential buildings, bridges, culverts and water retaining structures.

 Our vast and diverse project portfolio has grown our structural engineering division into highly capable team delivering projects from conception to completion successfully.

 Our team are highly competent in evolving software and technology within the industry. Structural design software used includes Prokon, TEKLA Structural Designer and Midas. Drawings are produced using Autocad and Revit BIM software.
